General Information

We are open from 8 to 10am and 3 to 5pm 7 days per week. 

The kennels are closed to customers on Christmas Day.

All animals should be up to date with vaccinations.

If you wish that your dog is vaccinated against kennel cough please ensure this is given at least two weeks prior to their stay. 

Fees

We charge a daily rate.  Fees are based on the care provided to your pet so we don’t have separate fees for large or small dogs – they all require the same amount of time and attention.

Payment can be made via cash, cheque or card.  Payment is required upon collection of your pet but you can pay on arrival if preferred. 

All charges are on a daily basis not by the night.
